Associated Provider Network And Affiliates
Concurrent with the establishment of Compass Health, Associated
Provider Network (APN) was formed. It was formed in response to the North
Sound Regional Support Network's (NSRSN) intent to contract for integrated
outpatient mental health services within the North Sound Region through
a competitive bid process.
APN is a Limited Liability Corporation formed in 1997 by eleven community
providers of outpatient and residential behavioral health services. APN
serves the North Sound Region which is comprised of Whatcom, Island, Skagit,
San Juan and Snohomish Counties.
Member agencies are: Catholic Community Services Northwest, Community
Mental Health Services, Compass Health, Whatcom Counseling and Psychiatric
Clinic; and affiliates, Lake Whatcom Residential and Treatment Center,
Rainbow Resources and Sun Community Services.
