Tom Kozaczynski

Chief Development and Communications Officer
Tom has been with Compass Health since March of 2013. Tom’s pervious positions include managing major corporate giving for the Seattle International Film Festival, foundation and annual giving at North Helpline Food Bank, the University of Washington, and the YMCA of Greater Seattle. Tom is actively involved in the Association of Fundraising Professionals Washington Chapter, Advancement Northwest. Tom holds his Bachelor Degree in Economics and Law, Societies, and Justice from the University of Washington, and holds his Master of Public Administration from the Evans School of Public Affairs at the University of Washington. At Compass Health, Tom is in charge of major foundation, corporate, and individual giving, and oversees the growth and strategic development of Compass Health’s Development Department. Tom loves connecting personal passions to the countless lives changed by Compass Health.

Jarod Drozdowski

Development & Events Manager
Jarod has been with Compass Health since May of 2017. Jarod’s previous positions include being the Events & Membership Director for the Leavenworth Chamber of Commerce, Operations Manager of the Leavenworth Civic Center, Development Director at the Wenatchee Valley Museum & Cultural Center, Major Gifts Officer for Naropa University in Boulder, CO, and the Corporate Relations Officer at Phoenix Art Museum in Phoenix, AZ. Jarod holds his Bachelor Degree in Art History from Northern Arizona University, and holds his Master of Science Degree in Cultural Resource Management/Archaeology from Central Washington University. At Compass Health, Jarod is responsible to manage all events that the Development Department organizes as well as assist in securing major gifts from foundation, corporate, and individual donors.  In his spare time Jarod enjoys landscape painting, hiking, reading, and traveling.

Andrew Olson

Development Coordinator
Andrew has been with Compass Health since August 2016, but was previously our intern in 2015. Andrew holds a Bachelor Degree in Organizational Communication from George Fox University in Newberg, Oregon. At Compass Health, Andrew plans community outreach events, oversees the website, creates and manages our agency print and electronic publications, and is the random task/project guru. He works a lot with the different programs throughout Compass Health making sure that the information for the programs are accurate and easily accessible to the community. His favorite part about working for Compass Health is working with the passionate people from all the different programs. Born and raised in Everett, Andrew spends his free time volunteering with the youth at his church, exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest, and rereading Harry Potter.

Ashley Pittman

Administrative Assistant
Ashley has been with Compass Health since September 2017. Ashley holds a Bachelor Degree in Biology from the University of Washington as well as a certificate in Nonprofit Management from the University of Washington. Before transitioning into the behavioral health side of nonprofit work, Ashley previously worked for several animal welfare nonprofits, and began interning and assisting in the Development department at her previous organization. Ashley supports the CDCO and the entire Development department at Compass Health while working closely with the CEO’s office on joint projects. She also works with accounting on gift processing and database management. In her spare time Ashley enjoys hiking with her husband and volunteering at local animal rescues.
