Children’s High Intensity Treatment (Wraparound)
Wraparound is an innovative and widely practiced approach to improving the lives of children and their families. The process fosters community integration by inviting professionals and natural supports to work together. By emphasizing Family Voice and Choice, the team builds a support plan that meets the family's priority needs in a way that fits their personal values and culture.
The long-term goal of Wraparound is to strengthen connections with natural supports and reduce reliance on formal systems. Compass Health provides Wraparound in Snohomish and Island Counties.
