GA-U Mental Health Integration Program
Compass Health, in partnership with Community Health Plan of Washingon, provides mental health services to GA-U funded clients. Individuals are referred by their Primary Care Provider (PCP) and services are provided at the medical clinics (integrated into a healthcare home) or in other agreed upon community locations as part of a clinically indicated outreach strategy. Services include screening, brief assessment, psychiatric consultation, brief focused treatment, community support services, and psychiatric serivces as needed. Once the client is stable and treatment goals are met services will be transitioned back to the client's PCP.
