Haven House
Haven House is a licensed Boarding Home providing transitional living services to 12 homeless adults (18 years of age or older) with a mental illness. Services provided include assessment, psychiatric evaluation, medication monitoring, case management, counseling, and skills training regarding activities of daily living. The program also facilitates resident involvement in school and/or work and encourages resident independence.
