Pre-Admission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR)

Our PASRR program provides screening evaluation of all individual with mental illness who apply to or reside in skilled-nursing facilities (SNF).  The evaluation determines whether an individual requires specialized mental health services and makes recommendations to SNF staff.  Annual reviews are provided as follow-up to determine whether ongoing specialized services are required.
