Sky Valley Homeless Program
This program provides mental health assessment, outreach, and supportive counseling to individuals enrolled in the Chronically Homeless Sky Valley project. Program staff work in partnership with Volunteers of America (VOA), Evergreen Treatment for substance abuse treatment, and other community providers. The program goals are to assist individuals and families in overcoming barriers to accessing needed treatment, to assist them in obtaining and maintaining permanent housing, and to assist them in achieving stability and a greater quality of life.
