We aren't born knowing how to relate to others and babies don't come
equipped with a how-to manual. Learning these skills is a life-long process.
No matter what stage of life you're in, our classes can help you learn
effective ways to protect your mental health and wellness!

Amplified Parenting:
parenting skills for children with special needs
Anger Workout:
reduce conflict and communicate better
Kids' Anger
(for grades 1 - 5) parents must attend with their child(ren),
payment is required only for child
As We Grow:

combining families: its joys and stresses
Couples Communication:
communicate more effectively with your partner
FAS/ARND:
learn about fetal alcohol syndrome and how to work with children and families
impacted by it
Grandparenting:
parenting skills for those raising grandchildren

Cost:
The cost for each class is based on a sliding fee scale, dependent upon your income and household size, with a minimum charge of $10 per person or $15 per couple. Ask for specific information when you call to register.
No charge to Medicaid Eligible Participants (must present a valid Medicaid coupon at the first class).
