This half day workshop is designed for receptionist, front office staff, clerical workers, maintenance staff or any other non-clinical employee who encounter people experiencing mental illness or substance use disorders during the course of their jobs. This workshop is also perfect for social service providers who are not behavioral health professionals, but work with people who experience behavioral health issues.

About the Speaker:
Mary Jadwisiak graduated magna cum laude from Washington State University. She is an internationally sought out consultant and trainer for her expertise in behavioral health recovery and suicide prevention. Mary provides insightful and practical workshops based on 20 years of advocacy work, 14 years of work in the field of suicide prevention, and her personal recovery journey. Her consultation services provide practical tools for systems, agencies and front-line staff to apply to their work. The power of Hope is infused throughout her work. As the spokesperson for hope she will educate, inform, entertain and inspire.
As the class begins promptly, please arrive ten minutes early. Those who arrive late may be asked to leave without a refund or credit.
Those who stay to the end of class will receive a certificate of completion. Certificates will not be issued to those leaving early.
Electronic confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of payment. After registration is received, an Outlook Invitation with details and the exact location will be sent. Accept the invitation and we will know you are coming. If you have paid and do not receive an Outlook Invitation in three to five days, please contact us. We do not allow drop-ins.

Cancellations must be emailed and received no later than seven days prior to the event. No refund or credit will be made after that date without prior approval. If we cancel the training, registrants will be offered the next class or a full refund.
