Several county-funded programs are available, focused on assisting individuals who do not have Medicaid or other methods of paying for services. Availability varies by county. The program provides short-term outpatient services. Services are available in three counties, and go by a variety of names.
- Non-Medicaid Short Term Case Management – Snohomish County
- Community Wellness Program (CWP) – Skagit County
- Behavioral Health Access Program (BHAP) – Whatcom County
