Compass Health CEO Tom Sebastian receives Lifetime Achievement Award from Vistage

We’re honored to celebrate Compass Health CEO Tom Sebastian for receiving the Lifetime Achievement Award from Vistage!

Vistage is the world’s largest CEO coaching and advisory organization. The Lifetime Achievement Award recognizes a veteran member with a track record of bold decisions that have benefited their company, community, and beyond.

Tom’s unwavering commitment to Compass Health’s vision started nearly four decades ago, when he joined the organization as the coordinator for the Crisis Respite Residential Program. As he climbed his way to CEO and President, he dedicated his career to creating hope and supporting paths to recovery for his community.
