
Substance Use Disorders
Compass Health offers outpatient substance use disorder treatment to youth and adults tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals.
Services offered include: comprehensive substance use assessment, DUI assessment, outpatient or intensive outpatient treatment, aftercare, random urinalysis screening, case management, as well as coordination and treatment for co-occurring disorders utilizing dialectical behavioral therapy.
Treatment services include individual and group counseling. The frequency of individual and group counseling is determined by the level of care assigned by the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) criteria and can range between monthly, weekly or three times a week. Services may be offered in Spanish to some individuals as needed, or interpreters may be arranged.
Services are offered on San Juan Island but are available to anyone that resides on any island in San Juan County.
