Services offered include: comprehensive substance use assessment, DUI assessment, outpatient or intensive outpatient treatment, aftercare, random urinalysis screening, case management, as well as coordination and treatment for co-occurring disorders utilizing dialectical behavioral therapy.
Who does Substance Use Disorder services serve?
Compass Health offers outpatient substance use disorder treatment tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals. Our program partners with the local drug court, probation, prosecuting attorney’s office, local hospital, and community resource centers, to ensure outpatient services are accessible to all.
Compass Health’s outpatient Substance Use Disorder program accepts both private insurance and Medicaid. Payment plans can be arranged through a sliding scale payment arrangement.

We understand each client is unique, so every treatment plan is individualized to meet their specific needs and goals.
Treatment services include individual and group counseling. The frequency of individual and group counseling is determined by the level of care assigned by the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) criteria and can range between monthly, weekly or three times a week. Services may be offered in Spanish to some individuals as needed, or interpreters may be arranged.
