How to Access Services

Step 1: Refer by Phone or Online

You can make a referral for general outpatient services by calling our Access Department or by completing our Online Referral Form.

We currently accept referrals for individuals with a Washington State Apple Health (Medicaid) Managed Care Organization (MCO) plan with an IMC or BHSO benefit type.

Step 2: After You Submit a Referral

An outpatient clinic team member will call you to schedule your assessment.

Attention parents of children under age 13 – If your child is attending an appointment in the office or at home using Telehealth, you will also need to present for the appointment as well.

Step 3: Complete Client Forms

Your clinical team will work with you to complete required client forms.
