Adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
A home- and community-based mental health, high-intensity treatment service that provides a multi-disciplinary treatment team approach to assessed individuals in the greatest need of these services.
Adult Outpatient Services
Provides a broad spectrum of counseling services to adult clients who have mental health issues. Services include individual, family, and group therapy, as well as community support services.
Emergency Motel Voucher Program (EMVP)
Provides short-term assistance to individuals and families in an effort to reduce the number of households who return to emergency shelters.
Evaluation & Treatment Facilities (E&T)
A facility provides a 16-bed inpatient program to adults with a behavioral health disorders under 120-hour involuntary detention and/or 14-day commitment in accordance with Washington State Involuntary Treatment Act, RCW 71.05.
Expanded Community Services (ECS)
ECS provides behavioral counseling and community support services to eligible clients relocating from State psychiatric hospitals, or who are at risk of going to a hospital.
Finance Services
The payee program helps clients pay rent, utilities and other bills on time, manage finances and provide clients spending money each month. There is a small monthly fee that is charged to your account to provide these services.
Housing Services Overview
We provide affordable housing assistance to individuals who have a chronic mental illness and are experiencing homelessness.
Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT)
An evidence-based intensive outpatient treatment program designed to assist adults overcome the barriers to their recovery from severe and persistent behavioral health disorders.
Recovery Navigator Program
Provides community-based outreach, intake, assessment, and connection to services and, as appropriate, long-term intensive case management and recovery coaching services.
Residential Treatment Facilities (RTFs)
Residential treatment for adults with significant mental health needs.
Substance Use
Outpatient substance use disorder treatment for youth and adults.
Camp Mariposa
A year-round addiction prevention and mentoring program for youth affected by the substance use disorder of a family member.
Camp Outside the Box
Provides learning opportunities and address peer relationship building, communication-skills, pro-social behaviors, and self-esteem.
Child Advocacy Program (CAP)
Provides services to children and adolescents who have been, or are believed to have been, sexually abused, from birth to 22 years old and their non-offending family members.
Child and Family Outpatient Services
An array of counseling and support services to families with children and youth who may have emotional and/or behavioral challenges.
Children’s Intensive Outpatient Treatment (WISe)
Children’s Intensive Outpatient Services supports children and their families in their community in a least restrictive environment using the Wraparound with Intensive Services (WISe) model.
Genoa Pharmacy
Genoa Healthcare provides on-site, full-service pharmacies for the mental health community.
Crisis Triage & Stabilization
Utilizes a recovery model to assist those in behavioral health crises to access services and to support and resume typical levels of functioning.

Involuntary Treatment Act Services
Legal assessment of grave disability and/or danger to self or others (as a result of a mental health or substance use disorder) for possible involuntary detention to a behavioral health facility.
Mobile Crisis Outreach Teams (MCOT)
A community-based outreach team with the ability to respond to and provide crisis services in the community (e.g., homes, schools, shelters).
