Staff Registration: CPR/First Aid

Compass Health workforce members may use this form to register for upcoming CPR/First Aid classes in 2025. Please use the RSVP form to select the date you would like to attend.

Class Details

  • Arrival Time:
    • Please arrive 10 minutes early. Classes start promptly. Your program will be charged for missed attendance or a materials fee for last minute excused absence.
  • Certification cards:
    • Certification cards will be issued only to participants who stay until the end of class.
    • Certification cards will not be issued to those who leave early.
  • Confirmation:
    • After registering, you will receive an Outlook calendar invitation with class details.
    • Please accept the invitation to confirm your attendance.
    • If you do not receive an invitation within 3–5 business days, contact us.
    • Drop-ins are not permitted.
  • Special Accommodations:
    • Contact the Learning, Training, and Development Department at LTD@compassh.org at least 10 days prior to the training if accommodations are needed.
  • Cancellations:
    • Cancellation requests must be emailed and received at least 7 days before the event.
    • If Compass Health cancels a class, registered participants will be offered a seat in the next available session.
