We help kids thrive.

At Compass Health, we provide behavioral health services to more than 5,000 children, youth and families annually. Kids come to Compass Health for help with many different behavioral health issues.  We may see them just once to deal with a singular event, or some may work with our clinicians into adulthood. Our comprehensive children’s programs serve youth and families with wraparound services, individual and family counseling, therapeutic groups, parent advocacy/support, medication management and recreational activities.

The holiday season is a time of celebrating, giving thanks, and sharing with families and friends.  The holidays are also a special time for kids!

We rely on private donations to provide special services just for kids.  Without support from the community, we aren’t able to serve all the kids who come to us needing help.  At-risk children and youth benefit from many of our comprehensive programs and services, including:

  • A summer day camp in Snohomish County provides a fun, safe, and therapeutic environment for children with special needs to learn and grow. Many of the kids served by this camp would not be successful in more traditional settings due to the level of care needed. We serve over 100 youth each year with this program.
  • Camp Mariposa, a free weekend overnight camp, offered 6 times a year for children impacted by substance abuse in their families.  The camp helps reduce feelings of isolation, fear, and loneliness and provides a place for kids to bond with their peers and be educated about addiction and the impact it has on families. Over 35 kids from across our region attend each camp weekend.
  • Our Wraparound Program provides team based behavioral health services to help families navigate care systems. Teams include a facilitator, a parent partner, and a youth partner, along with a therapist and sometimes a family therapist. This program supports to youth aged 3 – 21 with complex needs.
  • Foster care placements provide a safe and therapeutic home for children with behavioral issues that make other placements a challenge.

Your generous year-end contribution to Compass Health helps at-risk children and youth find a path to greater stability.

Your contribution will brighten the lives of vulnerable kids, teach them critical life skills and give them a place to have fun.

Thank you for your support and best wishes for the holidays from all of us at Compass Health!
