As we navigate the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on our country’s economy and health, providers across the state, including Compass Health, are experiencing systemic workforce shortages coupled with high demands for new referrals. We are working as hard as we can during this challenging recruiting climate to expand staffing levels, and we are committed to keeping our community and partners updated on when we will be able to resume new client assessments. We are also continuing to serve all existing clients and families without interruption and are accepting new clients across our other programs and locations.
We encourage community members to continue seeking help to navigate this challenging time. If you or someone you care about is experiencing a behavioral health crisis, call the Care Crisis Line at 1-800-584-3578 for immediate assistance. For routine referrals to any of our other locations, call Compass Health at 1-844-822-7609, or contact your health plan for a list of covered providers in your area.
