Compass Health Releases Renderings and Plans for New Advanced Facility to Address Complex Behavioral Health Needs

We’re so excited to finally share with you the renderings and plans for Phase II of our Broadway Campus Redevelopment Project!

This advanced facility will replace the aging Bailey Building located on the 3300 block of Broadway Avenue in Everett, with demolition slated for later this summer. This new facility represents not only the ongoing evolution of Everett’s downtown core, but a transformative shift in the recognition that evidence-based behavioral healthcare is central to the well-being of local communities.

With 72,000 square feet of space, this purposefully designed building will provide the intensive behavioral health services that address community members’ most complex and visible needs. Additionally, its scale and configuration will keep pace with expanding needs and growth in area communities. The facility is built to accommodate a variety of intensive services including:

Through these programs, the facility will help attract and retain clients who require care, serving an estimated 1,500 individuals through more than 30,000 points of service each year.
