- As the class begins promptly, please arrive ten minutes early. Those who arrive late may be asked to leave without a refund or credit. Those who stay to the end of class will receive a certificate of completion. Certificates will not be issued to those leaving early.
- Electronic confirmation will be sent upon receipt of payment. After registration is received, an Outlook Invitation with details and the exact location will be sent. Accept the invitation and we will know you are coming. If you have paid and do not receive an Outlook Invitation in three to five days, please contact us. We do not allow drop-ins.
- Please contact the Training Department at least ten days prior to the training if you require special accommodations. Cancellations must be made emailed and received no later than fifteen days prior to the event.
- No refund or credit will be made after that date without prior approval. If we cancel the training, registrants will be offered the next class or a full refund.
- Contact us to pay for the class with a payment method other than a credit card.

Mental Health First Aid
This class is taught through online pre-work and virtual classroom. The pre-work will take about 2 hours and must be completed before the live session.
Resources provided will focus on Northwest Washington.

You are more likely to encounter someone in an emotional or mental crisis than someone having a heart attack. Learn how to help a friend, family member, coworker or neighbor in need. Get trained in Mental Health First Aid.
